Founder
Dr. Koray Erdogan was born in Turkey and graduated from Hacettepe University in 1988 receiving his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine in 1994. Dr. Erdogan has been practicing medicine for 22 years, 16 of which have been in the field of hair restoration. At his clinic, ASMED in Istanbul, Dr. Erdogan specializes in long hair FUE, homogenization and mega-sessions.
Dr. Koray Erdogan founded his own hair transplant clinic, Asmed in 2001. By 2004, he had developed his own unique FUE system known as the “Sequential Technique” that has since been evidenced in forums and international publications. Additionally, he validated and demonstrated this technique in numerous international congresses and workshops such as in Spain, Italy, Malaysia and India and has since introduced to his field Coverage Value, the Graft Calculator, Long Hair FUE and KEEP. His state-of-the art transplantations use cutting edge techniques while addressing important issues such as patient communication, hairline design, graft extraction, graft survival, incision and insertion, port-operative care and adjunct therapy.
